What We Still Wanted to Know at the end of Too Far Gone

This post may contain spoilers. Please read carefully.
Hey guys!
Nick back again! Right off the bat, I would like to apologize for not posting on time like I intended. It's been a hectic week, and I haven't really had much time to post. But I should be able to actually get myself into the routine of posting regularly! That being said, lets take a look at what we still wanted to know at the end of the mid-season finale:

The last time we saw the survivors they were in total disarray about what just occurred (ie. the return of The Governor, the beheading of Hershel, and the war in which the prison is lost) and because of this, our 'group' is now 'groups' and all heading in different paths. It's really amazing to me how all of this panned out on screen. The war was a very impressive adaptation of the comic series. It honestly gave me chills watching it the first time and at this point Too Far Gone has definitely became my all-time favorite episode of the series. At the end of the episode, however, we were left with a few major questions like: Did Judith die?, Who's in what group?, Where's Carol?, Who really killed Karen and Dave?, and Who was feeding the rats??

Well from both public, my own sources, and leaks from AMC and the cast I have been able to kinda put an answer to most of these questions. I will not give you any spoilers without fair warning at the beginning of the post and right before I spill the beans about anything. I will say some of my spoiling is part speculation and as I find out new things I will promptly post updates. THIS IS A SPOILER WARNING.

Did Judith Die?: I never could find a definite answer to this... from what I have found though, there were reports of seeing twin babies on set filming. Film companies often use twin babies when filming because of labor laws so the second baby shouldn't stop the idea of Judith still being alive. Now as to who has her if she is... I don't know. The show suggests Tyreese may have her along with Lizzie and Mika buttttt there was a ton of blood in the car seat so who knows. I will say once I know for a fact if she is or isn't.

Who's in what group?: Well from what I have seen in the new trailers and from what I have gotten confirmation on I came up with what I believe are the groups
Group 1: Rick and Carl
Group 2: Sasha, Bob and Maggie*
Group 3: Daryl and Beth*
Group 4: Tyreese and the girls* (Judith?)
Group 5: Glen and the Bus of Woodbury Prison residents*

These are the groups that were confirmed at the end of the episode. Michonne, being the loner, is fine by herself, but she will likely join a group (possibly Rick and Carl until they all unite again). Notice the asterisks? Yeahhh? Well based on the released trailers, there might be some splitting up from each other. In one trailer we see Glen alone and beat up pretty bad. If you guys recall he never got to fight in the war, probably has no knowledge of Hershel's fate and is just getting over the illness that swept through the prison. He is desperately looking for Maggie so I think its safe to say he probably didn't leave with the bus. Maggie's probably not with Sasha and Bob for long in my opinion either and probably for good reason: Glen. In one of the trailers we get a glimpse of Maggie and like Glen, she is too alone and she looks very concerned. Who knows what that can mean. For both Groups 4 and 5, pictures leaked where you only see one side of the group. We get a picture of Beth on a hill looking down crying at a lot of killed walkers; in the other picture we see Lizzie and Mika running on some railroad tracks.. I know that doesn't mean they aren't with Tyreese, I mean who would honestly leave two girls alone purposefully?

Where is Carol?: Robert Kirkman, creator of the comic and exec.producer on the show, did confirm that we will see Carol in the back half of the season. As to when, is anybody's guess. There have been reports however, that she was filming with none other that Tyreese! Hmmm.. I can see the blood already. Keep in mind though, Tyreese doesn't know that Carol was exiled for "killing" Karen and David, so if this meeting is true, this will be very exciting to watch pan out.

Who killed Karen and David?: Well we all know Carol took the blame for killing them and was exiled for it. The only living people that know this is Rick, Daryl, and Maggie for certain. But was it really Carol that did it or was she covering up for someone else? In my opinion, Lizzie did it. She is a very messed up child and she has had to come to terms with zombies not being real people, her dad getting bit and dying, not to mention assuming the leading role in her sisters life. All of this could easily corrupt a little vulnerable girl to do something like this, especially when Carol was teaching them to defend themselves. I can easily see Carol covering for Lizzie. Guess we will find out.

Lastly, who was feeding the rats?: For this answer I am just going to post a picture I found:
Now I very well may be wrong about this, but after rewatching everything I feel like I can make a pretty sure statement that he's our guy. I haven't the slightest clue why though. Maybe to test zombie cures on them? Seeing if the virus affects them? I don't know, but I am fairly sure Bob was the one doing it.

Well that about wraps up this post. If you guys have any questions, comments, or noticed something I mentioned that isn't true please tell me!!

With that I say Thanks for reading and don't forget to Share, Subscribe, and comment!

Thanks,
    Nick!
